肠内营养在胃癌全胃切除术后的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胃癌全胃切除术后早期肠内营养和肠外营养的应用效果。方法 50例全胃切除患者随机分为两组,25例术后行肠外营养治疗(对照组),25例术后早期行肠内营养治疗(观察组)。比较两组患者不同时期的体重及血清前白蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白及CRP,肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间。结果两组在改善患者营养状况方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组能明显促进患者肠道功能恢复,提高机体免疫水平(P<0.05)。结论胃癌全胃切除术后患者早期肠内营养安全、简便、经济,能明显改善机体的营养状况,与肠外营养相比,可以促进肠道功能早期恢复,缩短住院时间。
