重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的原因及护理体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的原因及护理体会。方法回顾性分析我院2009年01月至2011年12月收治的64例重型颅脑损伤并发呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床资料。结果呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生与年龄、GCS评分、机械通气时间、基础肺部疾病、综合营养支持及误吸等因素存在相关性(P<0.05),病原菌分布以铜绿假单胞菌最为多见,约占32.8%,较其他病原菌分布差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),死亡率为4.7%。结论对重型颅脑损伤机械通气患者实施呼吸机相关性肺炎原因针对性护理,可有效降低其发生率,促进患者预后。
