骨纤维结构不良的研究及治疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 骨纤维结构不良又称之为骨纤维异常增殖症,是一组以骨纤维变性为特征的类肿瘤样疾病,1976年由Campanacci[1]第一次命名为＂骨纤维结构不良＂,约占肿瘤样疾病的7%[2].属于一种先天性疾病,病变可分为三种类型,依次为单骨型（monostic fibrous dysplasia MFD）、多骨型（polyostic fibrous dysplasia PFD）及多骨伴皮肤色素沉着、内分泌障碍的McCune-Albright综合征（MAS）,可发生于全身任何骨骼（以四肢长管状骨多见）,人体的其他组织或器官也可受累.FD多发于儿童和青少年患者,以正常骨髓组织、骨小梁结构被增生的纤维组织替代为特征的良性病变.但有关FD的病因、发病机制及治疗仍处于争论之中而没有统一的观点和治疗方式.
