小儿肠炎止泻冲剂的研制及临床疗效观察

Preparation of antidiarrheal granule for children's enteritis and observation of its therapeutic effect

小儿肠炎止泻冲剂经6家医院治疗小儿肠炎306例,获得满意疗效。治疗组3日痊愈率94%,远优于对照组51%.对照组痊愈日期明显拖延。两组疗效经统计学处理,有非常显著性差异(P<0.005),说明小儿肠炎止泻冲剂疗效确切。

Antidiarrheal granule for children's enteritis has been used to treat about 306cases of children's enteritis in six hospitals.The results of therapeutic effectwere quite satisfactory.The recovery rate of therapeutic group in three days was94%,which was much better than that of control group(51%).The recovery timewas also much shorter than control group.The differences between this two groupswas statsically significant(p<0.005),which verified the curative effect of theantidiarrheal granule.
