对深入开展农村基层党组织创先争优工作的思考——以广西柳州市为例

开展基层党建"创先争优"活动,既是党的十七大和十七届四中全会提出的一项重要任务,又是学习实践科学发展观活动的一项具体行动措施。通过2年来的实践,农村基层党组织"创先争优工作"取得了明显的成效,对于推动农村发展和稳定具有十分重要的意义。诚然,当前农村基层党组织的创先争优工作也存在一些问题,需要采取一系列重要措施予以解决,以深入推进这项工作的开展。近年来广西柳州市在这方面进行了积极的探索。
