摘要
通过对心理账户为基础研究的角度,了解员工作为行为人在不同的情况下会产生何种心理,而反应到如何通过薪酬的刺激去提高单位个别劳动生产效率使其更高于社会个别劳动生产率。最终使公司和企业获得更高的收益。由于不同等级和薪金对应的心理的不同,针对不同层次的员工,应施以何种激励措施,将会是对公司人力管理的又一大考验。本文将从几个方面去探讨基于心理账户的员工薪酬激励问题。
Based on the perspective of research on mental accounting, the understanding of employees as actors in different situations will produce what kind of psychological reaction to how the remuneration of stimulation to enhance the individual unit labor pro-ductivity and higher in social individual labor produc- tivity.Ultimately enable companies and enterprises to obtain higher returns.Due to the different grades and salaries corresponding to the different psychological,for different levels of employees,should be imposed on what kind of incentives will be another test of the com- pany' s human resources management .This article will research the the problem of staff' s remuneration incentive which based on mental accounts from several aspects.
