摘要 本文是一例针对高中生考前焦虑而进行心理咨询的案例报告。求助者因考试连续失利导致自信心受挫,引发焦虑情绪,并伴有失眠和食欲下降等症状。采用合理情绪疗法,纠正了求助者的不合理信念,重构新的合理的认知模式;同时辅以肌肉放松训练,有效缓解了求助者的焦虑情绪,睡眠和食欲显著改善,促进了人格完善,取得了良好的咨询效果。 This article is about a counseling case about anxiety before examination for a senior high school student. The client lost confidence because of the suc-cessive failure in tests, which resulted in her anxiety, together with sleeping and appetite problems. The rational emotive therapy was adopted to help the client correct her irrational belief and reconstruct a new reasonable cognition model. In coordination with muscle relaxation training, the feeling of anxietywas relieved effectively, sleeping and appetite was improved and her personality got mature. Basically, the consultation achieved a remarkable result.
