摘要
目的:探索团体心理辅导对初中生人际信任的影响。方法:选择长沙市某中学的初中生24人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组12人,采用实验组对照组前后测实验设计,使用《人际信任量表》问卷进行测量。结果:团体心理辅导对改善实验组初中生的人际信任(P<0.001)具有积极作用。结论:团体心理辅导提高了实验组学生的人际信任水平。
Objective: The present study was to ex- plore whether Group Counseling can improve the in- terpersonal trust level of junior high school students. Method: Participants were 24 students in one Junior high school of Changsha. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group of 12 people. The experimental design was pre-test and post-test in the research, and the inter- personal trust questionnaire was used for psychological measurement tools. Result: Group counseling has posi- tive effect on the students' interpersonal trust (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion: Group counseling could improve students' interpersonal trust level.
