浅析长治市传统产业改造提升过程中强化科技服务支撑的途径及对策

Analysis on the Paths and Countermeasures for Strengthening Sci-tech Service Support in Transforming and Upgrading Traditional Industries in Changzhi City

阐述了长治市煤炭、焦炭、冶金、电力四大传统产业的发展现状,对其发展过程中存在的问题进行了分析。围绕传统产业改造提升在科技创新服务体系建设、传统工业技术领域关键技术攻关、企业高新技术成果转化、科技创新人才智力储备、企业知识产权保护等方面强化科技服务支撑提出建议和对策。

This paper expounds the current development of four traditional industries including coal industry,coke industry,metallurgy industry and electric power industry in Changzhi City,analyzes some problems in their development process,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening sci-tech service support in aspects of the construction of sci-tech innovation service system,the breakthrough of key technologies in traditional industries,the transformation of enterprises’high-tech achievements,the brain reserve of sci-tech innovative talents,and the protection of enterprises’intellectual properties,etc.around the transformation and upgrade of traditional industries.
