Considerations about the Standards for Formulating the Villages and Townships Construction Planning of Taiyuan City

为了落实国家关于城镇化建设和社会主义新农村建设的要求,促进太原市域村、镇规划建设的科学发展,通过对国家、山西省及太原市出台的村镇建设规划相关规范及法规的分析、研究,探讨了太原市村镇建设发展的实际情况,为太原市制定村镇建设规划标准提供借鉴。

in order to implement state＇s requirement for urbanization construction and new socialist countryside construction, promote the scientific development of villages and townships construction planning of Taiyuan City, and through the analysis and research on the standards and regulations related to villages and townships construction planning issued by the state, Shanxi Pprovince and Taiyuan City, this paper probes into the actual situation of the construction and development of villages and townships in Taiyuan City, which prof／vides some references for Taiyuan City to formulating the villages and townships construction planning.
