Comparison of the Employment Guidance Education Between China and the West

通过对中西方大学生就业指导教育的比较发现,中西方大学生就业指导教育在就业指导政策、就业指导模式、就业指导内容等方面都存在较大差异。在分析这些差异产生原因的基础上,提出了借鉴西方成功经验和科学方法,加大我国政府对大学生就业的宏观调控和政策扶持力度,建立政府、高校与地方联手、服务型与发展型并重的就业指导新模式,更新就业指导观念、改善就业服务等举措。

The comparison of employment guidance education of college students between China and the west reveals the differences in employment policy, employment guidance model and content. The paper ana- lyses the reasons which lead to the differences and puts forward such ways as giving more attention to the employment of college students in policy support, establishing new employment model with local government and colleges, renewing the idea of employment guidance and improving the employment guidance services.
