高校大学生职业生涯规划课程建设现状及改进对策研究——以广西各大高校为例

Reality and Improvement of the Construction of Career Planning Curriculum for Students in China's College and Universities ——A Case Study of the Colleges and Universities in Guangxi

以地处西部的广西各大高校职业生涯规划课程在教材编订、教学团队、教学设计、教学组织所存在的问题进行探究,借鉴美国职业生涯课程的经验,提出了职业生涯规划课程建设应加强师资建设、组织保障等一系列建设的建议。

This paper explores such problems as teaching materials, teaching team, instructional design, teaching organization in career planning curriculum in colleges and universities in Guangxi which is located in Westerm China. Based on the American experience in career planning currlculum,the paper puts forward proposals for career planning curriculum construction in the ensurance of teachers and organization.
