摘要
随着各种复杂结构井的出现和发展,流体渗流机理的研究面临着很大的困难,而水电模拟实验可以提供有效的帮助。从实验原理、实验装置、实验步骤、实验精度验证等方面,对水电模拟实验进行了全面系统的介绍。实验研究表明,机械手可以实现对测点的精确定位,数据自动计量系统可以减小读数误差,两者都可以大幅度提高实验效率。水电模拟实验精度完全能够满足工程要求,因此可以为复杂结构井渗流机理的研究和油田现场生产提供指导。
With the appearance and development of complex structure wells, the research of filtration theory is faced a lot of difficulties while experiments of hydroelectric simulation can offer helps for it. The experiment through the following aspects, such as experimental principle, experimental apparatus, experimental procedure, experiment precision, and so on are introduced. The research shows that, the manipulator device can quickly fix position of the measurement station, the experimental data automatic measuring system can reduce the error of reading, both of them can enhance the efficiency of experiment greatly. The precision of experiments of hydroelectric simulation can satisfy engineering requirements completely, therefore, it can be used for the research of filtration theory of complex structure wells, as well as provide guidance for the production of oilfield.
