摘要 设计了基于超级电阻测温仪及二等标准铂电阻温度计等测试设备的LabVIEW软件平台。该软件实现了对被测热电阻信号进行实时采集、处理、分析等功能。与测试设备一起构成工业铂、铜热电阻自动测试系统。该系统解决了手动测试下的接线复杂、效率低下、计量人员劳动强度大等问题,现场应用取得了较好的效果。 [Abstract A LabVIEW software platform was designed based on testing equipments of super-re- sistance temperature detector and secondary standard platinum resistance thermometer. The software platform achieves functions of real-time acquisition and analysis of tested thermal resistance signals and can deal with tested thermal resistance signals. The software platform and testing equipments constitute the automatic testing system of industrial platinum & copper resistance. The system solves the problems of complex connection, low efficiency and gager' s high laboring intensity on the condition of manual testing. Field application effect of the system is better.
