摘要
为了解决铁口散喷的问题,对大型高炉用环保型泥包捣打料的组成、结构、性能进行了研究,认为泥包捣打料结构致密的原因是因为生成了氧化硅晶须。研制的环保型捣打料与环保炮泥的性能匹配有利于炮泥的置换。捣打料体积密度达到2.88~2.90g/cm3,250℃干燥后的抗压强度达到12~18MPa,1 450℃烧后的抗压强度达到20~34MPa。环保捣打料的使用为新开高炉的快速达产创造了较好的条件。
In order to solve the problem of taphole scattering in casting process of blast furnace,the composition,properties and micro-structure of an environment-friendly ramming material used for mud package of large blast furnace were studied.The results show that the ramming material is dense in structure due to the formation of silicon oxide fiber.The ramming material matched with environment-friendly taphole clay is beneficial to the replacement of taphole clay.The ramming material has a bulk density of 2.88-2.90 g/cm3,compressive strength 12-18 MPa dried after 250 ℃ and compressive strength 20-34 MPa fired at 1 450 ℃.The application of ramming material is beneficial for new blast furnace to reach its designed production target quickly.
