摘要
河北津西钢铁公司投产了1台年设计生产能为100万t的近终形异形坯连铸机,介绍该异形坯连铸机区别于普通的方(矩形)坯连铸机的工艺及设备设计特点。实践证明,该连铸机工艺设计合理,设备配置优良,连浇炉次可达到60炉以上,单月产量均在14万t以上,远远超过设计产量,铸坯质量符合标准要求。
A near net shape beam black caster with a designed annual capacity of 1.0 million tons was built in Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Co.The technology and equipment characteristics of the beam blank caster,which are different from common billet（rectangular） ones,are introduced in this paper.Practice has proved that the design of technology and equipment are reasonable,the continuous casting times reached 60,monthly production exceeded 140 000 t,and the quality of slab can satisfy the requirements of the standard.
