摘要
目的探讨噬菌体生物扩增法(phage amplified biologically assay,PhaB)快速检测关节结核脓液中结核分枝杆菌的临床应用价值。方法采用PhaB技术对关节结核患者36例,非结核性关节炎患者20例关节液中的结核分枝杆菌进行检测,同份标本同时进行涂片抗酸染色、罗氏培养。结果 36例关节结核积液,PhaB阳性率为47.2%(17/36)、涂片抗酸染色阳性率为2.7%(1/36)、罗氏培养阳性率为5.5%(2/36)。20例非结核性关节炎患者PhaB、涂片抗酸染色、罗氏培养特异性均为100.0%。结论 PhaB法检测关节积液中结核分枝杆菌只需2d,操作简便、灵敏度高、特异性强,不需要特殊仪器设备,可作为诊断关节结核的一种好方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of phage amplified biologically (PhaB) assay to detect mycobacterium tuberclosis in joint fluid. Methods The joint fluid samples, from 36 patients with joint tuberculosis and 20 patients without joint tuberculosis, were detected by PhaB assay. Results The positive rate of PhaB assay in 36 patients with joint tuberculosis was 47.2% ( 17/36), those of smear and culture were 2.7% (1/36) and 5.5% (2/36) respectively. Twenty samples without joint tuberculosis were all negative by above three methods. Conclusion The experimental procedure of PhaB assay costs only 2 days, and it is a simple, highly sensitive and specific method for the diagnosis of joint tuberculosis.
