摘要 迟滞回线及其蕴含的记忆效应是弹性材料和电磁材料共有的一个性质。这个性质对于理解迟滞起源以及材料的力学、电学和磁学性质有很大帮助,在存储器制造、高精度纳米定位等领域有着十分重要的应用。目前在这方面还缺乏系统的研究和总结。本文从自旋玻璃的概念出发,简述了磁记忆效应的基本概念和基本理论模型以及其和磁滞回线的关系。综述了记忆效应在磁性材料及其他领域的研究进展情况。 Hysteresis loop and its inherent memory effect is a common property of elastic materials and electromagnetic materials. This nature is of great help for understanding the hysteresis origin, as well as the mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties of the materials, and have very important applications in the areas of memory manufacturing, high-precision nanopositioning. At present,it is lack of systematic research and summarization in this field. Starting from the concept of spin glass, the basic concepts and theoretical models for the magnetic memory effects, as well as their relationship with the hysteresis loop, were described. Research progress of the memory effects in magnetic materials and other areas was also reviewed.
