摘要
甲状腺结节穿刺虚拟示教系统是一个模拟医师进行手术过程的虚拟现实应用系统。系统能够接受来自CT,MRT,超声波扫描仪,共焦或广焦显微镜以及其他类似仪器中获得的3D数据,通过医学三维重构,建立高度仿真的虚拟三维医学模型,并在此基础上提供合适的交互手段进行甲状腺结节穿刺过程的仿真模拟和训练。使训练者从外部观察到甲状腺内部状况,准确地确定病变体的空间位置、大小、几何形状以及它与周围生物组织之间的空间关系,从而及时高效地诊断疾病。为内分泌甲状腺医学研究和数字化教学的发展发挥巨大的作用,是信息化教学的高级应用。随着虚拟现实技术的日益成熟,其应用领域逐步扩大。手术虚拟仿真技术在医学领域的应用,已成为一个研究热点。
The virtual clinical teaching system of Thyroid Nodule Puncture is an application system which can simulate a doctor's surgery. Receiving 3D data from CT, MRT, Ultrasound Scanner, Confocal Microscopy or Wide Confocal Microscopy, this system can make highly virtual 3D medical model by reconstruction, and provide appropriate means of interaction in the simulation and training of thyroid nodule puncture process. The trainee can watch the internal condmon to the thyroid from outside, and accurately determine the position, size, shape of the lesions of the body and their relationship with the biological tissues around, so as to diagnose the disease timely and effectively. This system is the advanced application of informationization teaching, which contributes a lot to the endocrine thyroid medical research and the development of digital teaching. With the development of virtual techniques, its application field is gradually enlarged. The aDDlieation Of simulation surgery technology in the medical field has become a hot issue.
