总结近年来湘潭地区农电管理的主要方法和取得的成果,并针对之前工作出现的问题,提出了进一步完善农电管理机制的方法,希望能够有效地提高农电管理水平和农电服务质量。

Through summarizing rural power management methods and the main results obtained in Xiangtan area in recent years, aiming at the shortages of the prior work, the paper proposed to further improve the rural power management system, hope to be able to effectively improve the level of rural power management and the quality of rural services.
