通过加强柳钢2号2000m3高炉原燃料管理,优化操作制度,细化高炉管理,配合使用合适的炉腹煤气量,使炉况稳定顺行,煤气利用率提高到46%,燃料比降到513kg/t。

The performance of No.2 Blast Furnace of 2 000 m3 was in good and stable conditions by strengthening raw and fuel material management, optimizing operation rules, refining the blast furnace management and combining with suitable bosh gas volume, and then the gas utilization efficiency was improved to 46% and fuel ratio was reduced to 513 kg/t.
