铜绿假单胞菌抗菌物质对白色念珠菌的体外抑菌活性研究

摘要 目的观察铜绿假单胞菌抗菌物质对白色念珠菌的体外抑菌活性。方法用交叉条带实验方法测定铜绿假单胞菌对18株白色念珠菌等的体外抑制活性。结果铜绿假单胞菌抗菌物质对白色念珠菌体外抑菌活性良好,第6和8株铜绿假单胞菌对白色念珠菌的抑制率均达到了100%,铜绿假单胞菌产生色素的菌株抗真菌活性显著优于不产色素的菌株。铜绿假单胞菌抑制白色念珠菌的生长,主要是铜绿假单胞菌产生的绿脓素。结论铜绿假单胞菌产生的抗菌物质对白色念珠菌具有较强的抗真菌活性。 Objective To observe in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of Pseudomonas aeruginosa against Candida. albicans. Methods The in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of Pseudomonas aeruginosa against 18 strains C andida, albicans, was detected by using the cross - streak assay. Results The in vitro inhibitory activity of antibacterial material of Pseudomonas aeruginosa against Candida. albicans,was excellent, and the inhibition rate of No. 6, and 8 of Pseudomonas. aeruginosas against Candida. albican was 100% ,the pigmented strains were found to have stronger antifungal activity than the unpigmented strains. Pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibited the growth of Candida. albicans mainly by producing pyocyanin. Conclusion Antimicrobial substances of Pseudomonas aeruginosa against Candida. albicans has strong antifungal activity.
