供肝灌洗液中透明质酸含量与肝脏冷保存损伤及术后成活率的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察冷保存后供肝灌洗液中透明质酸 (Hyaluronic Acid,HA)水平与肝功能及成活率的关系。方法 :行 2 3例猪原位肝移植术 ,供肝植入前 ,用 4℃乳酸林格氏液经门静脉内灌洗肝脏 ,测量灌洗液中的HA含量。同时 ,分别于术后 2小时、2 4小时及 72小时取血测肝功能 (AL T及 L DH ) ,取其中最高值 (即峰值 )。结果 :以 HA值为 40 0μg/ L作为界限 ,把实验猪分为两组 ,结果发现血清 AL T及 L DH峰值在两组间无显著差异 ,而 2 4小时及 2成活率也没有显著差异。结论 :供肝灌液洗中 HA含量与术后早期肝功能和成活率无关。即测量灌洗液中的 Objective:To study the correlation between the effluent levels of hyaluronic acid(HA)of grafts after cold preservation and the grafts function or the survival rate.Methods:In the experiment,23 cases of porcine orthotopic liver transplantation were performed.Before implantation the donor livers were perfused with cold Ringer's lactated solution through purtal vein and the effluent levels of HA were measured.After implantation serum ALT and LDH were measured at the different time (2 hours later,24 hours laster and 72 hours later),and teir peak values were recorded.Results:we divided the experimental animals into two groups according to the effluent levels of HA,which were more or less than 400 μg/L,finding that the serum peak ALT and LDH were not significant different between the two groups,and that 24 hour survival rate and 2 week survival rate were not significant different either.Conclusions:There exited no correlation between the effluent levels of HA and the grafts function or the survival rate.That is to say,the effluent levels of HA could not predict the grafts function and the survival rate.
