摘要
为找出20~40 mm Q345B钢板探伤不合格的原因,在探伤检测不合格部位取样,采用金相等分析方法,对试样的金相组织和化学成分进行了分析,认为锰元素偏析和轧后钢板冷却速度过快是探伤不合格的原因。对此问题,采取提高钢水纯净度、加强连铸保护浇铸、改善铸坯中心偏析等措施后,该规格Q345B钢板探伤合格率由72.6%提高到94.8%,取得了显著效果。
To find out the reason of defect detection being not qualified for Q345B steel plate of 20~40 mm,it is sampled at the part with not qualified detection,adopted metallographic analysis method,analyzed the metallographic structure and chemical composition,considered that the reason is manganese segregation and too fast cooling for steel plate after rolling.To solve that problem measures are adopted: raise molten steel purity,strengthen protective casting,improve central segregation in center of billet,and then the qualified detention rate of Q345B increased from 72.6 to 94.8%.
