摘要
分析了影响钢铁料成本的因素,从炼钢中钢铁料消耗和管理两方面找出降低钢铁料成本的思路。通过调整钢铁料结构、优化炼钢工艺参数、改进氧枪的技术参数、对钢铁料成本实行专项管理等切实可行的措施,使钢铁料成本降低9.18元/t,取得了较好效果。
The factors to influence the cost of iron and steel material are analyzed, the idea to reduce the cost is concluded out from respects of consumption and management of iron and steel material. With measures： adjusting the conposition of iron and steel material, optimizing steel - making process parameters, improving the technical parameters of oxygen lance, conducting special management to cost of iron and steel material and etc. , the cost reduced by 9.18 yuan per ton.
