摘要
目前我国城市化进程中,寻求产业升级、经济结构调整,发展低碳经济是必然选择。低碳经济是一种低排放、低污染为特征的经济发展模式,其发展离不开金融的有效支持。本文从金融与低碳经济的相互作用机制入手,探讨分析城市化进程下低碳经济面临的金融支持困境,针对其困境,并提出相关的政策建议。
Looking for the industrial upgrading, adjusting economic structure and developing low carbon economic are inevitable choice during the city urbanization. Low carbon economic is a kind of low emissions, low pollution char- acteristics of the mode of economic development. Its development is inseparable from the financial support. This paper begins with the interaction mechanism between financial and low carbon economic, analyzing the dilemma of financial supporting on low carbon economic development. Objecting to the difficulties, the paper puts forward some related policy suggestions.
