Stabilitv of Cytarabine Hydrochloride in 0.9% Sodium Chloride and 5% Glucose Injections

阿糖胞苷水溶液不稳定,故成品为固态原料须于用前溶解,静脉滴注阿糖胞苷是临床治疗白血病的给药方法,但本品在酸性或中性溶液中可脱氨水解为阿糖脲苷而失效,本文用加速试验法预测阿糖胞苷在两种常用输液中的贮存期,为临床有效、安全用药提供了实验数据。

Cytarabine is usually used for the treatment of leukaemia by intravenousinjection.Because of its unstability in aqueous solution,cytarabine isusually dissolved before being used.In acidic or neutral solution cytarabine is hydrolyzed into arabinocyturacil and loses effect.The storage life of cytarabinein two infusions was studied by accelerative test.The experimental data of cyta-rabine was provided for its safe and effective use.
