摘要
以红掌品种阿拉巴马为材料,研究组培苗生根培养与移栽炼苗的相关因子.结果表明:红掌组培苗最佳的生根培养基为改良Nitsch+0.5 mg·L-1NAA+0.3 mg·L-1IBA,最佳的移栽季节为5月份(15-20℃).组培苗最佳的移栽预处理条件为:培养室培养8 d,大棚培养5 d,炼苗2 d;最佳的移栽基质为:泥炭土+水草+珍珠岩(2∶1∶1).在优化条件下,组培苗的移栽成活率可高达100%.
The relevant factors influencing shoot rooting, transplanting and adaptation of the regenerated plantlets of Anthurium adndraeamtm ' Alabama' were investigated. The results showed that the best medium for rooting was the revised Nitsch basal mhdium with 0.5 mg· L-1 NAA and 0.3 mg· L-1 IBA. The optimal transplanting season was May ( 15 -20 ℃ ). The optimal pretreatment for plantlet transplanting was culturing in culture room for 8 days, then in the greenhouse for 5 days and further adaptation for 2 days. The optimal transplantlng medium was composed of peat soll plus aquatic weeds and pearlite (2:1: 1 ). Under optimum conditions, the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture planflets could be up to 100%.
