摘要 采用响应面分析法优化金柑多糖的提取工艺,研究液料比、温度、时间、乙醇含量和提取次数5个因素对多糖提取率的影响,利用SAS 9.2响应面的分析程序得到回归方程.结果表明,所得的方程达到显著水平,多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比(毫升∶克)38∶1、提取温度88℃、提取2.5 h、乙醇含量70%和提取3次,实际测得的多糖提取率为1.81%,与理论预测值基本一致. The effects of water/material ratio, temperature, time, ethanol concentration and extraction times were studied on the Fortunella margarita polysaccharides extraction rate. The regression equation was got with response surface analytical procedure of SAS 9.2. The results showed that the equations were at significant levels and the optimal conditions for polysaccharides extraction were as follows: the water/material ratio of 38:1 (mL: g), extraction temperature of 88 ℃, extraction time 2.5 h, ethanol concentration 70%. The extraction rate could be up to 1.81% with three-times extraction.
