青光眼合并白内障的手术治疗研究进展

Surgical management of coexisting glaucoma and cataract

青光眼合并白内障是老年人常见的眼病。随着对疾病认识的加深和手术治疗技术的不断改进，采用针对不同类型患者的个体化治疗方案则显得更加重要。目前有关青光眼合并白内障的手术治疗方案选择、白内障手术对不同类型青光眼患者眼压的影响等研究报道较多，因此有必要予以综述，以促进青光眼合并白内障的临床治疗研究。

Coexisting glaucoma and cataract is a common eye disorder in elderly population. Recent advances in the management of patients with coexisting cataract and glaucoma offer a promising alternative in patients with uncontrolled glaucoma and a cataract and provide an individualized treatment depending upon patient＇s characteristics and intraocular pressure （IOP）. Based on many significant studies that have been conducted in the combining cataract extraction with a glaucoma surgery in recent years, present article reviews the different surgical options on the control of their postoperative IOP level in the different stages of glaucoma and the surgical strategies for patients with combined cataract and glaucoma.
