颈颈动脉转流加覆膜支架杂交术治疗胸主动脉瘤1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者男性，80岁，因突发声音嘶哑半月，于2010年7月22日入解放军第148医院。患者于2010年7月7日突然出现声音嘶哑，但语言流利，无口齿不清，声音嘶哑症状逐渐加重，7月10日达最重，并持续不缓解，2010年7月19日来诊查CTA发现主动脉瘤并附壁血栓形成，近端距离左侧锁骨下动脉0．5em，瘤体呈膨胀的梭形，双侧椎动脉均通畅，对等，
