Advances in stem cell therapy for critical limb ischemia

大量动物实验和临床试验揭示干细胞移植可望成为一种非常有前途的治疗严重肢体缺血的手段。笔者对干细胞移植治疗严重肢体缺血的适应证、干细胞来源及分离方法、移植途径、安全性及有效性等方面研究进展进行综述。

Numerous experimental and clinical studies indicate that stem cell transplantation （SCT） may be a promising way for dealing with critical limb ischemia （CLI）. This article reviews the indications of SCT for CLI, sources as well as methods for isolation of SCT, administration route, and evaluation of safety and efficacy.
