摘要
放射性脑病是头颈部肿瘤放射治疗的最常见的严重并发症之一,早期发现并及时干预对患者来说意义重大,本文主要从放射性脑病的发病机制、早期影像学检查方法及特征方面做一综述。
Radiation brain injury is a severe complication of the pate tumors after radiotherapy.Early detecting and interventing is great significant to the patients.The article mainly reviews the pathogenesis and early imaging methods of radiation encephalopathy,and so on.
