低铜蓝蛋白血症及基因研究的进展 被引量:7

摘要 铜蓝蛋白(ceruloplasmin)是一种天蓝色α2糖蛋白唾液酸酶,存在于所有脊椎动物血清中,主要在肝脏中合成,能结合体内95%以上的铜,1948年由Holmberg等发现。目前,铜蓝蛋白基因的cDNA已被成功克隆,人类铜蓝蛋白基因也已被定位于3q23-q24。人类铜蓝蛋白基因由20个外显子组成,长约65kb。肝细胞内可以找到它的两个转录本,分别长为3.7kb和4.2kb,但是翻译出来的单条多肽链总是由1046个氨基酸残基组成,这可能是由于在3’非翻译区存在一个可变的多腺苷酸化位点所致。
