可逆性脑血管收缩综合征一例 被引量：2

摘要 临床资料患者女性，54岁，因“反复发作性头痛3d．于2011年1月21日入院。患者入院前3d沐浴时突然出现头痛，以头顶部、双侧颞部、后枕部明显，呈炸裂样疼痛，偶有血管搏动感，呈反复发作性，疼痛持续时间数十分钟至数小时不等，疼痛程度严重，
