青少年膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的手术治疗 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨如何尽量有效避免行青少年膝关节前交叉韧带重建时对骨后板的损伤。方法膝关节前交叉韧带损伤8例行关节镜下自体半腱肌、股薄肌重建膝关节前交叉韧带。结果术后平均随访26个月,术前lysholm评分平均为48分,术后平均为98分。膝关节均恢复正常活动,关节稳定,前抽屉试验均为阴性,术后1年后复查膝关节X线片及MRI,见骺板生长未受影响。结论青少年前交叉韧带损伤行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术,应有效的保护骨骺,术后疗效肯定,对青少年身心健康具有长远的意义。
