实时三维超声心动图容积-时间曲线测定冠心病患者左室峰值排空率的价值

Values of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography volume-time curve in the measurement of left ventricular peak emptying rate in patients with coronary artery disease

目的探讨实时三维超声心动图(TR-3DE)容积-时间曲线(VTC)测定冠心病患者左室峰值排空率(PER)的应用价值。方法应用TR-3DE的左室VTC测量34例冠心病患者和34例正常人的PER,并进行比较;分析冠心病患者左室PER与射血分数(EF)的相关性。结果冠心病患者的PER明显小于正常对照组(P<0.001),与EF呈显著正相关(r=0.875)。结论 TR-3DE VTC可以准确测量左室PER,能反映冠心病患者左室整体收缩功能状况。

Objective To explore the application value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography （RT-3DE） vol- ume-time curve （VTC） in the measurement of left ventricular peak emptying rate （PER） in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods The left ventricular PER in 34 patients with CAD and 34 healthy volunteers was measured u- sing VTC by RT-3DE were measured, and compared. The correlation of PER with ejection fraction （EF） in patients with CAD was analyzed. Results PER in patients with CAD were significantly lower than those in normal control subjects （ P〈0. 001）. Linear correlative analysis showed that PER was positively correlated with EF in patients with CAD （ r = 0. 875）. Conclusion VTC of RT-3DE can measure left ventricular PER accurately and reflect left ventricular global sys- tolic function in patients with CAD effectively.
