摘要 目的探讨容积对比成像C平面(volume contrast imaging C plane,VCI-C)和静态(VCI static)超声成像诊断子宫粘膜下肌瘤的临床价值。方法回顾性分析应用容积对比成像C平面及静态检查64例粘膜下肌瘤的超声结果,并与术后病理对照。结果 VCI-C超声成像的粘膜下肌瘤边界、形态及内部回声清晰、立体,并且准确显示其在宫腔内位置,VCI静态成像能够同步显示肌瘤在子宫矢状面、横切面及冠状面的宫腔内位置。结果VCI正确诊断子宫粘膜下肌瘤58例,准确率为90.6%。结论 VCI超声诊断子宫粘膜下肌瘤,图像清晰,立体感强,并且能够准确显示肌瘤在宫腔的位置关系,诊断准确率高,对临床诊断、治疗及预后有重要价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of volume contrast imaging C plane (VCI-C)and static(VCI stat- ic) ultrasound of submucous myoma. Methods VCI diagflostic results of 64 patients were analyzed retrospectively and were compared with pathologic results. Results The boundary, morphology, echogenicity of submucous myoma of VCI-C were clear and stereoscopic, and showed its accurate position in uterine cavity. VCI static can display myoma in uterine cavity location of sagittal, coronal and transverse in the meantime. The diagnostic accuracy of VCI in submucous myoma was 90.6%. Conclusion In diagnosis of submucous myoma, VCI ultrasound can produce clear and stereoscopic images. which have good space visualization, a great deal of informations, so it is accurate, and it has important value for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
