摘要 乳腺间质微环境在乳腺肿瘤发生发展过程中所起的作用越来越引起人们的重视,乳腺癌间质的影像学特征性表现的研究对于乳腺癌的鉴别诊断及术前评估具有重要价值,有利于肿瘤定性判断、周边浸润范围的评估及制定合理的治疗方案。本文就乳腺癌间质反应的形成机制、影像学表现及临床应用价值做一综述。 In recent years,there is a growing emphasis on microenvironment in breast cancer development. The develop- ment of srromal reaction in breast cancer is very useful to support diagnostic and surgical procedure, even to preoperative assessment. In this article, imaging appearances, pathogenesis and clinical value of stromal reaction in breast cancer are re- viewed.
