摘要
目的分析成人永存镰状窦的64层CTA表现,提高对大脑深静脉发育异常的进一步认识。方法对9例经CTA诊断为永存镰状窦的成人患者,采用MSCT重组技术对成像进行分析。结果 9例患者均因临床疑诊颅内动脉病变而接受CTA检查。永存镰状窦显示从大脑大静脉或直窦前部与上矢状窦中后1/3处或邻近的条带状血管样结构。结论 64层CTA是成人永存镰状窦无创、有效的检查方法。
Objective To analyze the 64-slice computed tomography angiography examination of persistent falcine sinus in adults, in order to elevate the further recognition on congenital abnormalities of deep cerebral veins. Methods 9 adult patients of persistent falcine sinus diagnosed by CTA on cerebral vessels were enrolled. CT images of the vein were ana- lyzed with MSCT reconstruction technique. Results All the 9 adult patients were suspected of pathological changes on cerebral vessels and underwent cerebral vessels CTA. Persistent falcine sinus were seen as ribbon or yardstick-like vascular structures between the vein of Galen or straight sinus and the posterior two thirds of the superior sagittal sinus. Conclusion 64-slice computed tomography angiography is an effective and noninvasive approach for the diagnosis of persistent falcine sinus.
