无味黄连素口腔药膜的研制及其疗效

Studies on the Preparation and Curative Effect of Berberine Tannate Film used for Aphthous Ulcer

本文报道了无味黄连素(鞣酸黄连素)口腔药膜的处方、制备、鉴别、含量测定及其疗效。165例复发性口腔溃疡患者用该药膜治疗的总有效率为85.5%,显效率为26.7%.治疗结果显示无味黄连素药膜是治疗复发性口腔溃疡的较理想药物。

This paper reports the formula,prepation,identification,quantitative determi-nation and curative effect of Berberine Tannate film used for aphthous ulcer.165 cases with aphthous ulcer have been treated with the film,the total curativerate was 85.5%,in which the notoceable curative rate was 26.7%.The resultsshowed that the film was effective to the treatment of aphthous ulcer.
