ADAM17蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中表达及其临床病理意义

Expression and clinicopathological significance of ADAM17 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨去整合素-金属蛋白酶17(ADAM17)蛋白在食管鳞癌中表达及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法采用Western blot和IHC方法检测50例食管鳞癌(A组)及对应的正常食管黏膜(C组)中ADAM17蛋白的表达。结果 A组ADAM17蛋白的表达量为0.887±0.174,表达阳性率为66%(33/50),均明显高于C组的0.273±0.081和6%(3/50)(P<0.01)。食管鳞癌中ADAM17蛋白的表达量与淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄及组织学分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ADAM17蛋白在食管鳞癌中高表达,在食管癌的发生、侵袭转移中起重要作用,对判断食管癌患者预后有一定的价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of A disintegrin and metalloproteinase 17 （ ADAM17 ） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC）. Methods The expressions of ADAM17 in 50 ESCC samples（group A） and tumor-adjacent normal esophageal tissues （group C） were detected by Western .blot and immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression and positive expression rate of ADAM17 were 0. 887 ±0. 174 and 66% （33/50） in group A, which were significantly higher than 0. 273± 0. 081 and 6% （3/50）in group C （P〈0. 01）. The expression of ADAM17 in the ESCC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging （P〈0. 05）, but was not significantly correlated with sex, age and histological grade（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ADAM17 was highly expressed in ESCC and may play an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of ESCC and may be valuable in predicting the prognosis in the patients with ESCC.
