80岁及以上急性脑梗死患者小剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓分析 被引量：10

摘要 对于18-80岁急性脑梗死患者在治疗时间窗内给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗安全和有效。但是，对年龄≥80岁患者溶栓并发出血风险增高和预后差，几个标志性的组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（tPA）溶栓大规模临床试验均排除或仅纳入很少的80岁以上急性脑梗死患者。
