可吸收螺钉治疗儿童胫骨干斜形或螺旋形骨折 被引量:1

Application of absorbable screws on tibial shaft oblique and spiral fractures in children

摘要 目的系统评价可吸收螺钉治疗儿童胫骨干斜形或螺旋形骨折的临床疗效。方法收治儿童胫骨干斜形或螺旋形骨折患儿35例,采用有限切开2-4枚可吸收螺钉内固定治疗,术后辅以石膏外固定,随访9-36个月,对骨折愈合情况、膝踝关节功能恢复情况、患部疼痛程度及局部切口并发症等情况进行研究。结果患儿全部获得骨性愈合,功能评价按Johne-wruh法评价治疗优良率为97.2%,术后无一例切口感染。结论可吸收螺钉是治疗儿童胫骨干斜形或螺旋形骨折理想的治疗方法,尤其适用于不稳定型骨折及开放型骨折。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of absorbable screws on therapy of tibial oblique and spiral fractures in children. Methods Totally 35 patients associated with tibial oblique or spiral fractures underwent limited open reduction and internal fixation using absorbable screws (2-4), followed by cast immobilization after surgery in our center. The follow-up time ranged from 9 to 36 months. Bong healing, functional recovery of knee-ankle joint, local wound complications and pain se verity were evaluated. Results Fractured bone in all patients healed after surgery and functional as sessment referring to Johner-wruh standard indicated a 97. 2%excellent rate. No postoperative wound infection was noted in them. Conclusions Absorbable screws can be utilized to treat tibial oblique or spiral fractures in children, esDeeiallv for those unstable and open fractures.
