摘要
《外科肿瘤学年鉴》(Ann Surg Oncol)在2011年10月刊登了一篇文章,认为淋巴管癌栓是IA期肺腺癌有意义的预后因子。我们认为,脉管瘤栓的意义远大于此,它甚至能够改变现有的非小细胞肺癌TNM分期。我们撰写的Letter于2011年12月发表在《Ann Surg Oncol》官方网站上。
An article entitled ＂Lymphatic vessel invasion is a significant prognostic indicator in stage 1A lung adenocarcinoma＂ was published in ＂Ann Surg Oncol＂ in October, 2011. But in our opinion, the significance of vessel invasion is far from being so and it may change the TNM stage in non-small cell lung carcinoma（NSCLC）. Our suggestions were accepted by the editor and the letter we wrote was published in the website of＂Ann Surg Oncol＂ in December, 2011.
