摘要
采用转篮法对国内外五个厂家生产的乙酰螺旋霉素片进行溶出度测定。实验表明:不同厂家生产的乙酰螺旋霉素片溶出度之间有显著的差异(P<0.01)。
The dissolution rate of five factories of Acetylspiramycin Tablets made inChina were measured by basket stirring method.The results showed that the dissol-ution rate had significant difference of them(P<0.01).
