高效液相色谱法测定消炎痛血药浓度

Determination of Indomethacin in serum by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定人血清中消炎痛的浓度。平均回收率为81.34%。检测限量为2ng,只需0.3ml 血清.同一份血清样品含量测定的批内和批间变异系数分别为7.95%和7.28%.方法的专属性强,阿斯匹林、水杨酸,氨基匹林、非那西丁、咖啡因、苯巴比妥和安替比林的色谱峰与消炎痛峰分离良好,不年扰测定。

In this paper,We report a high-performance liquid chromatographic assay usedfor quantitative analysis of Indomethacin in human serum.The average recoverywas 81.34%.The assay was sensitive to levels of 2 ng.It required only 0.3 mlserum.Intra-and inter-assay CV of same serum sample were 7.95% and 7.28%,respectively.The method is specific for Indomethacin,some drugs such as aspirin,salicylic acid,aminopyrin,phenacetin,caffein,phenobarbital and antipyrin don'tinterfer with the determination.
