亚低温联合神经节苷脂治疗96例重型颅脑损伤的疗效 被引量:14

摘要 重型颅脑损伤是神经外科最常见的急危重症,容易引发神经功能障碍而导致残疾甚至死亡。近年来,在得当应用的情况下,亚低温对重型颅脑损伤的保护作用日益显著,随着神经节苷脂等新型促进神经功能药物的出现,为其提供了更多的治疗手段[1],本研究采用亚低温联合神经节苷脂对重型颅脑损伤,
