摘要
目的 探讨呼吸系统感染的病原菌分布特点 ,提出合理应用抗生素建议。方法 对 1995年~ 1998年16 92例住院病人痰培养结果进行统计分析。结果 革兰氏阴性杆菌为主要病原菌 ,占 80 % ;革兰氏阳性球菌占15 % ;念珠菌占 5 %。在众多病原菌中 ,以肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌最常见。结论 应限制青霉素的大量使用 ,对感染症治疗要减少习惯用药和模式化用药 ,逐步实现个体化治疗。
Objective To determine the distribution feature of pathogenic bacteria in respiratory system and to give the reasonable usage of antibiotics. Methods The results of 1692 inpatients sputa are analyzed statistically from 1995 to 1998. Results The gram negative bacilli is the major pathogenic bacteria with 80% isolation rate, while gram positive cocci accounts for 15% and candida for 5%. Among those pathogenic bacteria, klebsiella pneumoniae, escheriohia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa are easily found. Conclusion The abuse of penicillin should be limited. The model usage and habitual usage of antibiotics in curing the infection should be reduced and the indiviual cure can be applied gradually.
