髓母细胞瘤术后骨转移二例报告并文献复习

1病例报告
病例1，患者女，27岁。2005年或头晕、恶心和呕吐1个月，发现小脑占位病变，考虑髓母细胞瘤。于2005-10初入我院神经外科，于2005—10—25行颅后窝开颅小脑髓母细胞瘸切除术、脑室腹腔分流术，手术后症状好转，术后病理示髓母细胞瘤（图1A）。术后行头部伽玛刀治疗。
